Residential: ProjectsProuts Neck Residence
This contemporary residence includes the main house of 10,000 square feet, a 2,200 square foot guest house and barn. The design of the stone fireplace required Wright-Ryan to fashion a custom welded steel carriage to dolly a 14,000 lb. boulder into the house and each boulder was crane lift into place through a cut hole in the roof. A tailored cherry staircase was scribed into the boulders in the back of the fireplace creating intricate stair tread detail. The residence includes an indoor squash court and extensive millwork such as a custom bar built by our Millwork Division. Residential Construction:
