Cliff House

This year-round cottage features a flat frontal southern exposure, almost windswept, inspired by the cliff that it lies above.  The home is comprised of a living room with full water views, two guest rooms, a boat house, and a widow’s walk.  The exterior is traditional to the Maine coast and features white cedar shingles with a pine trim giving the space a truly nautical look.  The home won the Maine AIA Design Award in 1993.
