LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is a national measurement system that awards points to high performance buildings that exceed building codes. The Cranberry Ridge home is nestled on 2.62 acres in the woods near Wolf's Neck State Park in Freeport. It features solar, radiant heat flooring and super-insulation. Wright-Ryan's Millwork Division custom crafted the kitchen from condensed sunflower hulls.
