Over the years, our clients outgrew their home and needed to better accommodate visiting adult children, grandchildren, and guests.

The highlight of our work on this seaside home was exploring the relationship between the existing home, a new addition, and the gorgeous parcel of coastline property with Whitten Architects.  The team sought to bring the outside in, a priority to the owner. Elements of the landscape are incorporated into the design of the new spaces with the use of the natural stone and wood.  The glass connector and the extension of the wrap-around porch seamlessly connect the old with the new.
